在香港的粉面店非常多,由細食到大,基本上都係食嗰啲嘢,但係今次見到有一間好有霸氣嘅裝修潮州粉麵店,人山人海,忍唔住試試。這次當然要食啲特色野,其他店舖好少見的食物,店員介紹崩沙牛腩,我叫咗河粉,首先湯底是非常入味的,這個對河粉很重要,至於半肥瘦的牛腩,食落一啲都唔鞋,應該係牛的某些部位,有些彈牙,不是純粹牛腩咁簡單,分量亦都好足夠,睇見都好想食嗰種!另外再叫左咋豬大腸,比街邊小吃好食得多,切好一片片,炸得好均勻,好易放落口,唔會全部都係肥膏,好脆口,好味!最後一杯熱奶茶作結,合格有餘,一定係用黑白奶。裝修真係好有特色,好落本錢,有好多中式傳統設計,這個環境食牛腩在香港可一不可再,哈!
