如果想食好嘢嘅話,真係要嚟拜訪下呢間隱世餐廳價錢都只係大約二百蚊起跳,但絕對拍得上出面賣緊四五百蚊嘅貴價餐廳 菠菜蘑菇湯 菠菜蘑菇湯,菠菜味較為突出 蘑菇味道隱約浮現,但整體搭配之下,湯味道濃郁又能保持平衡本身想留肚食主菜嘅我,都忍唔住飲曬佢 日本芥末三文魚伴甜蝦 芥末三文魚味道有少少似辣味三文魚不過多咗陣芥末獨有既刺激香草燒澳洲羊架 露絲瑪麗汁 羊架醬汁既配搭選擇一向都比較多呢間餐廳就有提供薄荷啫喱 芥末汁 薄荷啫喱都係第一次試 兩種醬汁味道偏濃 羊架大約六至七成熟 血色部分比較多,烹煮時間真係掌握得啱啱好羊肉質感鬆軟而且肉味十足 羊架外層沾上嘅香草,就算唔點醬都已經帶出咗羊肉嘅鮮味 所以我個人喜愛不需點醬,就食到原汁原味餐廳仲有自家製既雪糕以上係藍莓同薑味薑味雪糕既薑味真係好濃郁而且好少地方可以食到係個小驚喜
