零晨時候灣仔,通常宵夜火窩,粥粉麵飯, 今天行過,聞到好香的燒物味,入去試下.唔係好大間, 但坐位都闊落, 爐就係用日本GAS BBQ爐. 老板介紹招牌菜, 用料都唔孤寒, 材料冇調味, 係會另有幾樽比你煮時加, 又可以依自己鍾意及保持食物既天然味.D蜆係個碟度開合, 老板見我地唔係好知點燒, 會主動黎教, 煮到少少乾身, 就會喞D日本清酒, D蜆肉好肥, 有酒香, 正。蟹蓋煮緊時,簡直係口水流, LIKE蟹人一定要試.辣酒螺上爐時只有一半汁, 老闆加清酒,滾時超香,唯一個螺肉較為細粒, 但之後食晒會落個麵, 吸晒汁,回味到可補回螺肉既失分最後有個燒飯團, 燒到焦焦地, 用比埋個D紙菜, 又香又脆仲有好多選擇, 但食唔到咁多,我地食完攬住個肚走。
