蟹國天丼 $118不論係份量、味道定擺盤都誠意十足。軟殼蟹係成隻切件上,炸漿唔會厚,夠脆身,亦都唔會炸到過火,裡面就保持到蟹肉嘅肉汁,味道唔會咸或者重味精。而拆出嚟嘅蟹肉好鮮甜,好新鮮實淨唔霉唔削,連埋蟹膏一齊食真係好好味,咸鮮味出曬嚟。而蟹籽嘅數量有好多,足夠撈曬成碗飯,仲有部分係撈左沙律。米飯方面佢地用左珍珠米,口感適中,唔會太濕或太乾。食到咁上下再食返條醃蘿蔔,胃口大增,令人想不斷咁再食,正。
