To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三哥喺近排出咗新嘢食同嘢飲，唔知大家試過未呢。⁣⁣🤔⁣⁣酸辣撈薯粉［好味度：7.5/10］⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣平時去開三哥都係食啲有湯嘅米線，今次呢個酸辣撈薯粉就無湯嘅，喺三哥嚟講都係一個幾新穎嘅體驗。😆 佢嘅薯粉幾有咬口，好彈牙。😬 再掛上三哥獨創嘅酸辣汁，真係好惹味。😙 酸辣開胃得嚟，又好辣。🥵 而且配上豬耳、雲耳同埋青瓜絲，令到口感更加有層次。😌 豬耳同雲耳比較清脆而青瓜爽口多汁，配埋煙韌嘅薯粉，好正。 ⁣⁣👍🏻⁣⁣蜜桃乳酸（加配價$10）［好味度：7.5/10］⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣食咁辣嘅酸辣撈薯粉，梗係最好配番杯解辣嘅嘢飲。😳 乳酸酸酸哋咁，啱晒解辣。😚 而且再配上清甜嘅蜜桃果肉，中和酸度得嚟真係好飲。⁣⁣😋⁣⁣
