適逢長假期開始,啲人又生日,想食到爆肚,見zuma嘅brunch buffet都幾有睇頭,一行五人就用自助餐為long weekend打個頭炮。Zuma 主打日式料理,brunch buffet 每人$666,酒水加一全包,唔飲酒嘅可以慳番百多蚊。酒精飲品種類繁多,由香檳汽酒,cocktail 特飲,到紅白餐酒,啤酒汽水任飲。我哋一眾酒鬼,櫈都未坐熱,就先黎一人一杯香檳未幾飲哂就再黎一桶Pimm's。呢度做嘅Pimm's no.1 cocktail都特色過人,用方形木桶上,適合一班人share。除咗落平常用嘅薄荷葉,蘋果,橙,士多啤梨同青瓜外,呢度仲落埋紫蘇葉,增添層次,倍感清爽。食物方面,日式串燒,凍豆腐,刺身壽司,生蠔,炸雞,温泉蛋,特色小食,麵豉湯,冷麵,琳瑯滿目。刺身用料新鮮上盛, 唔似得啲平民日式放題, 呢度每一種都鮮味十足.生蠔新鮮開好,可以任攞,無需配給。蠔味清甜, 肉質爽口, 食多多都唔溜.每人可選主菜一客,有六種選擇,我哋點咗其中五種:雜錦天婦羅 - 即叫即做,絕不油膩,用料認真。三文魚西京燒 - 三文魚油香四溢,表面煎香,內裡唔乾唔硬。麵豉滲入魚中,香甜美味。鹽燒油

由於餐廳於四時多開始準晚市,自助餐結束前,侍應會幫客人落酒水單,客人可到樓上酒吧繼續暢飲。
餐廳格局高雅,客人大多是外國人及專業人仕,絕少內地客,每位客人都守禮有序。服務極體貼,係一次滿足滿意嘅自助餐。 同場加映開原條吞拿魚, 條魚成個人咁高, 引來大量食客圍觀. 見 廚師同員工都非常雀躍, 似乎唔係時時見到, 今次一睹其風采, 果然震撼.
