聖誕節前,靚靚K姨姨做東,於灣仔名中菜廳「福臨門」宴席一圍,座上客全為屋企人,輩份最高為八旬舅公,畫面正好描繪出三代同堂,六福臨門 !離灣仔地鐡站不遠o既「福臨門」共三層高,一樓為廚房及廂房,二樓為散座及廂房、三樓則全為廂房。貴氣十足o既門外設有代客泊車服務,每每有食客光臨,企喺正門o既旗袍姐姐都會有禮地上前接待並安排入座;雖然小弟未成為富豪,但都自覺為貴賓 。當晚飯局設於三樓廂房,樓底高,寬敞闊落,冷氣充沛,隔音足,舒適自在。房間內長期有位姐姐仔為客人斟添茶水、換碟、分餸等,服務細心體貼,舅公極為欣賞。K姨姨非常客氣,預先訂好上盛佳餚 ,招呼親人。 前菜四小碟之皮蛋酸薑、窩貼明蝦、千層峰、蒜片牛柳粒:四款前菜各俱特色,豬耳清涼爽脆,牛柳粒香軟惹味,蝦多士爽而不膩,皮蛋流心又糖心,好一道拼盤前奏! 大紅片皮乳豬:兩吃o既乳豬已去肥膏,皮層不但香脆,入口更鬆而化 ,屬燒乳豬最高境界也!手撕二道o既乳豬肉質香甜幼嫩,果然名不虛傳! 官燕釀竹笙卷: 竹笙卷包滿,燕窩份量足。竹笙外層爽脆濕潤,官燕餡料清香軟嫩,簡單地打上芡汁已覺輕巧美味,原來燕窩咸食都可以好好味架 ! 油泡蠆
