To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚落雨叫外賣一定會有排等，所以決定用外賣平台落譚仔三哥外賣自取。家人叫咗個薯粉加3樣配菜，我就叫咗套餐跟米線，2碗都係跟三哥酸辣十小辣。當然另外亦叫咗好幾樣的小食。我同家人都會認為三哥的味道較為適合。除咗2個薯粉及米線都OK外，同大家分享下其他小食。蒜燒茄子，口水雞翼及土匪雞翼都夠香又夠入味。油芽菜我雖然簡單，但我同家人都好鐘意食。第一次試Impossible meat乍醬香醋粉皮，呢個小菜就只係普通。
