To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近三哥又推出咗新嘢身為偽foodie嘅🐻🐻點可以唔試下再報告比大家呢~ 今次三哥嘅新產品包括螺酸湯豬皮螺片米線椒麻涼拌魚爽肚同埋特飲鳳梨藍蝶花香梳打 🐻🐻個人推薦個魚爽肚同鳳梨特飲😋1. 螺酸湯米線配海螺片麻辣豬皮 (另加左雞肉)🐻🐻本身見到依個新產品都有啲卻步因為驚佢好辣好在佢可以揀十少辣依個辣度對🐻🐻黎講啱啱好因為佢湯裏面仲有酸辣豆角酸荀辣椒粒配埋麻辣豬皮其實會愈食愈辣依碗米線嘅湯底比平時嘅酸辣湯多左份海螺嘅甜但仍然酸味較重 🐻🐻覺得依隻酸係來自酸荀嘅味道獨特配料方面豬皮麻味十足厚身爽滑而🐻🐻鐘意佢嘅螺片軟稔鮮甜不錯👍🏻2. 椒麻涼拌魚爽肚平時🐻🐻都會叫魚爽肚做餸因為佢十分爽脆好有咬口😋 依加變成小食都冇令人失望口感依然多了一份微辣同麻嘅感覺刺激著味蕾依個小食底下仲有手拍青瓜食完魚爽肚可以食返青瓜refresh個口腔3. 鳳梨藍蝶花香梳打依個特飲唔單止賣相吸引漂亮佢嘅味道都好得人中意蝶荳花本是無味依個飲品嘅味道係來自鳳梨同青檸加埋梳打嘅碳酸加重左酸嘅味道依個甜中帶酸嘅飲品不但清新解渴佢裏面仲有菠蘿果茸為整個飲品增加
