單單係一條九龍城嘅福佬村道已經好多好嘢食,但三和叙係非常搶眼嘅。餐廳有三層,每一層都有唔同嘅日式料理,上面兩層係鐵板燒或者壽司Omakase。今日我最後揀咗喺地下嘅爐端燒。A5 佐賀和牛塔塔伴魚子醬咬落食到和牛嘅油香,用洋蔥粒增強口感配日式酸汁同魚子醬,味道有層次,金箔令到菜式更加矜貴。海鮮2款 - 日本北寄貝 & 德島縣岩蠔北寄貝彈牙,只係用少少牛油同調味,主要係食北寄貝嘅鮮味。岩蠔肥美,用醬油做調味,烤到僅僅熟嘅程度。食緊蠔嘅同時我就睇緊師傅表演整龍蝦🤭炭燒龍蝦 - 黑松露菇龍蝦膏汁澳洲龍蝦爽口彈牙,配黑松露片同龍蝦膏汁。估唔到呢個配搭咁夾,每一口都充滿龍蝦膏嘅先味同埋黑松露嘅香氣。葷菜 - 阿波美雞 & 鵝肝雜錦漬物用嘅係阿波美雞髀,皮脆肉嫩,主要係食雞嘅鮮味。鵝肝外脆內軟,墊底嘅係炸牛蒡絲,一樣食得吓🤭 師傅話為咗減輕鵝肝嘅油膩感,漬物都係有呢個時候登場,微微酸嘅醃漬物果然解到膩。A5 佐賀西冷 A5熊本牛柳 澳洲M9 西冷野菜2款野菜係秋葵同燒冬菇,可以減低食牛肉時候嘅油膩感。牛肉有三款,由冇咁肥嘅澳洲M9食起,最後就係品嚐中間熊本嘅牛柳。三份牛油,牛肉味最濃就係澳洲M9,油
