To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三歲小朋友肚餓都會講「想食Cheese rice」的隱世餐廳

位於屏山的隱世小店，是我三歲小朋友最愛的一間餐廳，基本上，十次有九次肚飯，佢都會話想食Cheese rice，而傳說中既Cheese rice，就係我認為是鎮店之寶的六重芝士肉餅飯。有少少鹹但芝士濃的流心芝士配上肉餅，竟然可以刷出無限火花，真心平時阿仔食飯鍾意細細啖，食Cheese rice係白飯芝士肉餅大大啖放落口食唔停。今次仲試了蘿蔔冬菇肉碎銀針粉，湯底偏鹹，配埋辣菜脯，更鹹！佢嗰種鹹係鹹得來好食，易入口，蘿蔔絲切得細薄，冬菇細細粒，基本上每一匙羹的銀針粉都食到湯粉加上細緻材料的豐富味道，但本人不是太欣賞太鹹的食物。份量超多，大湯碗滿滿的銀針粉，最後要打包攞走。味道：（肉餅）環境：服務：特色：泊車：（自備車場唔使錢超方便 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻）評語：肚餓時潛意識會浮現肉餅飯的影像🤤
