我以為上水只係得藥房同金鋪,原來都有一間見得人既西餐廳,好感動!平日7點半入座,人未算多,所以老闆娘安排我同朋友二人坐四人枱~其實我一早就係openrice做定功課,所以好明確咁揀左佢地既招牌-安格斯牛肉芝士漢堡。朋友就舉棋不定,所以老闆娘推薦佢試試新出既羊西冷,係連menu都未有既新菜式我地仲叫多個炸薯條配黑松露醬—呢個係最快上枱,一大盤,起碼用3個薯仔切出黎,新鮮炸起,熱辣辣、脆卜卜,我心急即食,一拎起就辣親手指。黑松露醬一大杯,好香,點薯條食一流。餐湯係甘筍薑湯,新奇既配搭。有細細既薑粒,既似到薑味又唔會蓋過甘筍風頭,女仔飲薑汁仲可以暖胃。安格斯牛肉芝士漢堡有足足8oz牛肉,牛扒由廚師每日堅持人手打,所以有嚼勁同juicy,切開入面啲牛肉仲係粉紅色,勁嫩,啲肉汁流哂出黎。配料都唔少,芝士、蕃茄、生菜、洋蔥,雖然係簡單,但最能映襯出主角既美味羊西冷出場啦~未食之前我同朋友都驚羊西冷會好鞋、好乾,但一切開,嘩!啲肉汁咇緊出黎啊,仲要係粉紅色架,一啲都唔老。其實我唔太鐘意食羊,因為聞到佢啲騷味我都怕怕,但見朋友食到讚不絕口,我都試少少。騷味一定有,但唔多,係我呢種怕騷既人都接受到既程度

羊西冷出場啦~未食之前我同朋友都驚羊西冷會好鞋、好乾,但一切開,嘩!啲肉汁咇緊出黎啊,仲要係粉紅色架,一啲都唔老。其實我唔太鐘意食羊,因為聞到佢啲騷味我都怕怕,但見朋友食到讚不絕口,我都試少少。騷味一定有,但唔多,係我呢種怕騷既人都接受到既程度,而且因為肉好嫩滑,我已經將僅餘既騷味拋諸腦後
蘸埋牛肝菌醬真係滋味無窮!
