鋿晶館(上水)相約朋友去上水食一間廚師好有來頭的中西式餐廳,廚師曾於日本和香港星級米芝蓮大酒店擔任主管,餐廳位於新界上水龍琛路48號上水滙2樓,餐廳主打港式點心茶餐廳,點心係手工自家製,即叫即蒸,服務員招呼熱誠有禮。菜心炒牛肉配料有紫洋蔥絲,香蒜,,香蔥等,牛肉份量真不少,微鹹,入口嫩滑有牛味,廚師炒得有鑊氣。啫啫通菜煲配有蝦乾,肉片,薑片,香蒜,紅椒絲,紫洋蔥絲,香蔥等,微辛少鹹不膩,廚師烹調通菜甚惹味,要來餸飯一流。蒜香海斑頭腩蒸飯餐廳用荷葉蒸龍製作蒜香海斑頭腩蒸飯,上桌海斑味撲鼻,飯粒分明,海斑肉份量都不少,食落新鮮嫩滑鮮美。飲品有青檸西柚,杯內有隻熊仔冰塊,大大杯夠凍,微甜透心涼。雙檸可樂冰,飲落酸酸地好醒胃。

菜心炒牛肉

餐廳用荷葉蒸龍製作蒜香海斑頭腩蒸飯,上桌海斑味撲鼻,飯粒分明,海斑肉份量都不少,食落新鮮嫩滑鮮美。

飲品有青檸西柚,杯內有隻熊仔冰塊,大大杯夠凍,微甜透心涼。
雙檸可樂冰,飲落酸酸地好醒胃。
