To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上湯米線及雞絲粉皮

大大話話自從半年前黎食左第一次之後，我已經愛上左呢家店，話哂係馬鞍山都冇咩呢Ｄ特色食店，所以我差唔多每個月都黎兩三次所以入面Ｄ食物都試過哂咁濟而今次就專登試下仲未食過的雞絲粉皮見雞絲粉皮都好似幾重口味，所以叫左個上湯米線中和下米線一如以往湯底清甜，加上秀珍菇，肉片，生菜等配料混合得非常好，而雞絲粉皮，粉量是少了一點，不過吃得多也頂不住呢，因為實在很是酸辣吃第一啖有點嗆口，要用上湯來中和味道，但是整體來說是很不錯的涼拌菜式，上面的芝麻也帶出了香味，青瓜絲也使口感更爽脆，不俗最後追加了一杯自家製山楂蘋果茶，很新鮮清甜，好喝！總括來說，雖然近來加了價，不過吃一碗有廣西地道特色的米線，還是值得的

 總括來說，雖然近來加了價，
不過吃一碗有廣西地道特色的米線，還是值得的
