To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 本身我都係一個上海人,由細到大都會食呀嫲煮俾我地食嘅上海菜,最懷念都係佢整烤麩同埋獅子頭,咁我今日一家人再加埋我女朋友,就去試下e間咁出名嘅336啦!由於打電話去訂坐關係,去到就有位啦!張枱都坐得好鬆動,而餐廳環境都唔錯。入門口果陣,見到佢地有個時令廣告,就係江蘇大閘蟹創意蟹粉系列,咁今年未食過大閘蟹嘅我就當然要試下啦!咁之後我地就叫左好多個餸,好,而家起菜啦!首先係四喜烤麩,係冷盤之一,是以生面筋為原料,經保温、發酵、高温蒸制而成,為常見的素食食材,最主要是以生面筋,冬筍,木耳及毛豆製成,咁今次餐廳e款菜都好好味,食落去口感鬆軟而有彈性,但係感覺上除左面筋之外,其他配料都較少,眼見冬筍就只有兩舊,毛豆就係得三粒,但係整體上,食完之後都係好好味,好開胃。酸辣湯,基本上係上海菜館必備菜式,又酸又辣,其材料主要有豆干絲,木耳絲,豬肚絲,竹筍絲,加上黑醋,豆辦醬,生粉等製作而成,今次個湯食落去都好香,好足料,酸味都好夠,但係辣味就差少少,都係好開胃,而我地今次就叫左個例牌,都起碼有7-8碗,份量都夠。雪菜炒粉皮,本身其實係想叫雞絲粉皮,但係呀媽話冷盤叫一個就夠,咁就叫左e款啦,黎到之後見到個

雪菜炒粉皮,本身其實係想叫雞絲粉皮,但係呀媽話冷盤叫一個就夠,咁就叫左e款啦,黎到之後見到個賣相都無咩特別,但係食落去都有d驚喜,d粉皮本身就無咩味,但係炒果陣就吸收晒雪菜嘅咸香,雖然材料就真係非常簡單,雪菜加粉皮,但係都真係幾好味。

我地總共叫左3籠小籠包,2籠小籠包再加1籠蟹粉小籠包,首先黎就係蟹粉小籠包,呀爸教我地點食小籠包,就係等面果度d皮由透明色變左白色嘅時候就可以夾啦,e個時候夾就一定唔會穿啦,咁我地就跟住做啦,真係唔穿wor,咁樣食到入面d汁又唔會話好熱,而且個小籠包真係非常濃蟹味,好足料。

到小籠包上場啦,我地都係咁樣等啦,一樣食法,皮薄餡靚肉質鮮嫩,湯汁甚多極之美味,個人感覺上味道比較蟹粉小籠包好,更加傳統,肉味更出,更鮮味,所以之後更加追加多一籠。

青花椒湯雲吞,一碗比較細嘅雲吞,我相信賣點都係青花椒湯,個湯就好香青花椒味,青花椒湯有温中散寒,除濕止痛功效,而且飲落去又唔會好辣,所以都好易入口,個湯係唔錯呀,但感覺上雲吞就較為細粒,我老豆就話上海雲吞唔係咁樣呀!大大粒呀!又係wor!之前食果d都未見過咁細粒!所以值得推介都係個湯,我想餐廳可以以這個湯推出更多菜式,例如湯麵。

跟住到上海粗炒啦,碟麵一上枱就已經好香啦,跟住就試下啦,碟麵都好足料,有肉絲,椰菜絲,調味都落得好足,份量剛剛好,唔會太咸,而且都食得出好有鑊氣。

跟住細佬同老豆都話唔夠飽,咁就叫左幾個小菜再加多兩個白飯,小菜就包括這個砂鍋煸尖豆腐啦,個賣相就差少少,裏面就有毛豆,筍尖同豆腐,味道唔係太咸,但係都好濃,送飯一流。
