從小到大,我最愛吃小籠包,還想起小時候公公時常買小籠包給我吃,每當去超級市場看到雪藏櫃有一盒盒急凍的都要買回家蒸來吃,所以家人都說我是個饞吃鬼。到長大了,一想吃就會去上海餐館,但香港的比不上在上海吃到的正宗薄皮多汁正宗得知最近在旺角開了此家大隻上海湯包,當然要來嚐嚐味道,店鋪細小和只供外賣,而湯包全部都是即叫即蒸,所以買完後要立即吃才不會走了本來湯包的味道,是我在港吃過跟上海最為相似的口感味道<<蟹黃湯包>>大大隻湯包抖一抖已感覺到入面飽滿多汁,先用小飲管插進皮內先喝湯汁,熱呼呼的湯汁蟹味重帶鮮味,喝完湯後就可以剖開外皮吃內餡了,內餡有蟹膏、蟹肉,外皮非常薄,吃完不會覺得又厚又韌,沾少少醋吃酸酸的,驅寒又去油膩感<<鮮肉小籠包>>如吃一個大的覺得不夠或麻煩,叫一份五隻也不錯,也是即叫即蒸,外皮很薄,餡料肉厚,湯汁夠,咬一口湧出肉汁,美味十足<<蟹黃小籠包>>

得知最近在旺角開了此家大隻上海湯包,當然要來嚐嚐味道,店鋪細小和只供外賣,而湯包全部都是即叫即蒸,所以買完後要立即吃才不會走了本來湯包的味道,是我在港吃過跟上海最為相似的口感味道
