正宗上海生煎皇創辦人是前樂隊歌手蕭潤邦Oscar,他對傳統中國小食有份熱愛及執著,待與唱片公司合約完結後,專程到上海拜師學藝,將最正宗的生煎包帶回香港。其食店「正宗上海生煎皇」開業時曾引起過哄動,更試過打破日賣出1萬8千個生煎包的記錄,在短短9個月已經回本。當初Oscar與一名員工兩人每日站在只有約100呎的小店,日做十多個小時,近年終於熬出成績,現在已發展至四間分店,更開設西式café。我今天光顧他落戶深水埗區的第三間分店,品嚐一下這傳統中國小食和上海菜美食。 深水埗分店除了保留原有的招牌菜,餐牌上還有不少新菜式,最重要是價錢依舊親民!分店增加了一系列熱炒類,又有新推的上海地道菜如紅燒獅子頭、四喜烤夫、素脆鱔、上海燻魚等,比旺角店更多選擇。部分菜式也加入少許新派元素,例如最適合炎夏食的芝麻醬五彩冷麵,在醬汁內混入芝士汁,令麻醬中夾雜芝士香,再配以筍絲、火腿絲、青瓜絲和雞絲,口感清爽 不膩。 午市優惠套餐A+B各選一款,附送冷熱豆漿/汽水/清涼爽/蜜桃茶 (供應時間 11:30am-6pm 星期六日及假期除外) ▲隨餐附送的凍豆漿 ▲隨餐附送的清涼爽
