To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同男朋友食飯，去左跑馬地一間上海菜店。環境舒適悠閒，吃個簡單的晚餐。先來醉雞。雞肉香嫩酒味不重，好喜歡雞肶肉質爽滑滋味。擔擔麵更是我最愛，麵條掛湯力高，湯底非常濃香。小籠包湯汁非常重，入口肉鮮味香，沾上醬油和醋味道更是出色。炒年糕是男朋友最愛。咸香糯香豐富的年糕更是香口唔油膩！當然要一試餐廳最出名的雲吞。菜肉餡料豐富清香，皮薄而湯底清甜！最喜歡雲吞皮！菜肉份量比例剛好而不會太飽濟，多吃數粒也是滿足。
