To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過上環會見到唔少食店係賣海南雞🐔但唯獨有一間長期排長龍 午飯時間更甚 直頭要排到轉入第二條街👫🏻👭🏻👬🏻不過佢好好 有安排職員維持秩序 基本上20分鐘就排到\ 🐣招牌海南雞 配 惹味椰香喇沙米線🍜 /喇沙米線係即叫即煲 比起海南雞飯上菜需時但上枱時熱辣辣出晒煙 香氣撲鼻喇沙湯底濃郁惹味 椰香味重🥥米線係比較幼身嘅 但起爽口彈牙 唔會過淋 配埋湯底一齊食好好食😋而主角海南雞真係無得彈雞皮好夠光澤 肉質鮮嫩 就算雞胸都唔會榎歰歰🐥🐥最正嘅係佢係起晒骨 食落非常方便(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)套餐送椰子雞湯/餐飲好可惜椰子雞湯一早送晒 唯有下回請早食完明白點解佢成日都大排長龍🙈因為真係性價比高就連坤哥都去食 然後放上網同大家分享佢去食好西😆😆
