To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日簡簡單單食車仔麵蘿蔔冬菇牛柏葉河蘿蔔入口甜、煮得淋、無渣。冬菇用蠔油炆得好入味，雖然細細粒，但菇味好重，好香好好味。牛柏葉不錯，而且份量都幾多，洗得乾淨，唔會有怪味，吸晒車仔麵嘅辣醬味，正😋大腸朱紅魷魚粗麵豬大腸好肥美，食落好有罪惡感添😅不過煮得好香、好好味，所以都係食完先算😂朱紅味道不過不失。魷魚爽口彈牙，而且無梘水味等異味👍🏻👍🏻雞翼尖$18碟，份數算正常，但味道確實唔錯，而且煮得勁入味☺️鮮豆漿不錯，大大杯，幾好味又唔會好甜凍檸茶同樣大大杯，茶底唔算濃，但茶味香

大腸朱紅魷魚粗麵
