To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午來到信德中心吃飯，選了這間看起來比較舒適的快餐。選擇其實還滿多的，日式丼飯，西式意粉焗飯漢堡，南洋叻沙，早午餐等等都有。奶油松露野箘意粉粗的麵條帶有點硬，吃起來有嚼勁。奶油醬味道很香濃，配上野箘口感非常清爽。滑蛋叉燒飯每日一特價料理，這天剛好是這個。叉燒跟滑蛋相當配，超乎預期的好吃。總體來說，食物味道還不錯，價格滿實惠的。最近還推出了看起來很飽的套餐，看起來真的相當划算啊，打算下次有機會再來試試
