To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟朋友到上環禧利街的諸勝堂吃午餐。聽聞這間茶餐廳的叉燒滑蛋非常出名,那當然要試一試了。去到果然是人山人海,我們也要等了一會兒。門外招牌有大大隻豬仔,很易認。內裏裝修簡單,座位也算多。叉燒蝦仁雙拼日本滑蛋飯叉燒和蝦仁份量算多。叉燒很入味,肥瘦適中,蝦仁亦算大隻。米飯軟糯,上面一層日本滑蛋非常滑,蛋加蛋汁再配上自家製甜豉油,真是絕配!很好味!諸勝堂招牌印尼雙撈麵配炒日本滑蛋及肉眼豬扒豬扒煎得很香,肉質十分鬆軟入味,微微的辣和日本蛋做的滑蛋非常配合。還有新鮮的沙律做配菜,再加上印尼撈麵,十分惹味。簡簡單單的一餐,滑滑的蛋配上美味的叉燒,還有煎香鬆軟的豬扒,完勝!
