To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環自家制餃子🥟上環有好多好食既小店，今次嚟到位於差館上街食餃子。一入餐廳，已經見到廚房既店員系度包緊餃子，餐廳播住耳熟能詳既廣東歌，環境亦令人會坐得幾舒服。🥗 麻辣雲耳青瓜、鹵水蛋叫左一個常餐，跟餐會有前菜小食同飲品。雖然個名叫麻辣雲耳，但食落就一啲都唔辣，而且作為冷盤都開胃，不過青瓜同雲耳就切得太細粒，食完唔太夠喉。🥟 五福臨門五福系指五款餃子，包括芹菜餃、西洋菜餃、韭菜餃、鮮蝦雲吞、鮮蝦菠菜餃，共10件，岩哂啲每款餃子都想試下既人食。餃子皮又薄又滑，餡料調味得宜，濃淡有致。最鐘意既系鮮蝦菠菜餃，兩款餡料夾得嚟又唔會搶左對方既味道。🍵 囍八方冷泡茶用電解還原水衝泡，飲落都覺得健康啲。
