To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗買完嘢下午Tea，揀咗間呢間愛心餐廳試試，我點咗薑酒生滾鮮牛肉麵+紅荳冰，牛肉基本用生粉處理過，幾滑口，薑酒味適中，配生菜麵效果唔錯，紅荳冰算有火準，紅荳起沙並非齌糖水，兩樣味道都oK，量勉強夠，而性價比算超值; 收銀+伙記都好有禮貌，舖頭整體乾淨，地下有用1比99漂白水拖 ，雖然有少少醫院味，一般人應可接受; 地方唔大但食物種類唔少，就算唔係街坊，行過都可以試試; 食嘅飲嘅記住要配套餐，因單點價錢冇咁低
