To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶有好介紹,第一次食漁樂的下午茶,才發現港式、泰式、越式、西式都有,樣樣都想食。先來加配的碗仔翅$8,濃稠適中,也很足料,其中木耳絲很爽口,如果有粉絲更好。加了胡椒粉和醋一起吃,很開胃。我最喜歡吃的炒河粉類,選了輕量泰式乾炒豬頸肉河粉$42,這個輕食的份量,對女孩子來講,已經很足夠,河粉炒得乾身而不油膩,調味也剛剛好,十分香口,而葱絲、洋蔥絲、蛋絲,增加口感,豬頸肉爽爽的有咬口。雖然不是牛河,但配合辣椒油是很惹味的。很滿意的吃光光。特飲點了芒芒椰椰加$8,超值!椰汁味道非常濃,椰香夾着芒果香,香甜味道也互相襯托,還有粒粒爽口寒天,幸福感滿滿的!這樣豐富的下午茶,完美極了!埋單才$58,特飲最值得加配。
