To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事升職，升職者本想買春園街金X茶記(出名)。  是我家主事者違背的意願堅持要叫這家?! 快送貨(金X不送貨)。  我客觀講那件鮮油多用隔夜麵包，牛油片裝，首先兩片白麵包稍微放入多士爐輕輕焗，中間一分為二變兩件長方型，每件輕放兩片小牛油(常用於菠蘿包)。送到辦工室我等了半小時也不凍、沒有溶 ，還是四片原封不動、沒有味道可言!   熱檸茶的茶有色無味、檸檬切了很久，吸了其他味!

Other Info. : 新一年第一個工作天，16份茶餐，$520，人家金X的鮮油多賣$13，這家店要賣$24，極不合理。換來一肚子氣! 我有講錯一個字，我願意在open rice 職員陪同下到貴店道歉。
