To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是今家中廁板壞掉，於是嗱嗱臨出旺角深水埗買貨。路經深水埗，正值3時正，回想起深水埗有一善翁開有餐廳，傳聞中其樂於助人，故此慕名而來親身來光顧。門口裝修光亮餐牌如下炸雞髀+炸薯條，配冰奶茶少甜~$26薯條結實，雞髀並非普通生炸，經雞粉及椒鹽醃，更顯惹味。牙籤比例時間~看圖:侍應傳餐時，不忘提醒客人餸菜熱，小心辣手。短短半小時內，已經見到明哥接受2次訪問。想必其平日一定繁忙。有幸親眼見到佢一面，見其待人親切，待食客如街坊一樣。恰如店名~北河同行
