這間位於炮台山地鐵站附近的「知足常樂」平日多數和同事過來吃午飯,最愛吃碗生滾牛肉粥+碟炸兩。味道不錯,價錢公道!今次卻由朋友提議過來吃晚餐,居然係石板燒牛柳? 起初我以為朋友弄錯了,粥舖那有石燒牛柳哦!原來是新菜式!當然要試吓啦。我們點了砂鍋沙巴龍躉粥(細)$98 分量足夠兩個人吃,粥底煲得夠綿,味道鹹淡適中,龍躉味道鮮美,有片片魚肉配上幼切姜絲。石燒牛柳$88 配一碗白飯和胡麻鯪魚肉沙律。燒石預熱溫度掌握準確,要幾熟可以自己話晒事!牛柳呢,目測應該有250g個左右,肉質鮮嫩,牛肉味濃質量高。以這價錢屬抵食自選。朋友再叫一個石窩三杯雞配一碗白飯$78,香辣味很實在令人垂涎三尺!雞內嫩滑,洋蔥炒得夠香,紫蘇葉混在一起卻是別有一番風味啊。
