To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天晚上同朋友叫了3個套餐，其中like套餐及極黑和牛套餐內的牛舌、橫隔膜，胸腹肉送上枱後，眼看肉色怪怪的，都已變暗色，心想不太貴的品質都是這樣吧。因太餓關係隨便吃一餐就算。點知食完離開無耐就有點不舒服。而家有點後悔只掛住求其吃而冇同店員反映亦冇拍照。（但我相信，出品既店員應是看得出出品有冇問題先出餐），這品質不會再去了只記得在沙田店幫襯時，這是一間性價比不錯的燒肉店，味道不錯，肉又新鮮。但Moko這店我以後都不會去了。
