To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食晚飯叫左兩樣野，焗黑松露雞扒飯$62同鹹蛋芥菜湯飯$62。鹹蛋芥菜湯飯一嚟到發現有一條小昆蟲，於是換左牛肉湯河$48，店員話無得取消，要口頭上同佢order，仲提我個餐唔包嘢飲，我本身order有小昆蟲個餐都唔包嘢飲，點解要特登再講一次？奇奇怪怪咁。埋單時，男仕應負責收錢（可能係經理掛），佢計咗我哋原本嘅價錢，我哋同佢講返，你同事已經幫我對轉左另一樣嘢食，佢不禮貌地問我哋「轉左乜嘢呀」，答左佢，佢聽唔到又再用差態度問，我地好大聲講多之轉左牛肉湯河，佢唔出聲，我哋唔係用好貴價錢食嘢但唔該互相尊重。商場冇乜餐廳可選擇，但一定唔會再幫襯，本身間野開始嘅時候都唔錯，依家食物同人都越嚟越差。
