To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過諗住搵啲暖肚嘢食,同朋友諗住食打邊爐, 貪方便入咗連鎖店,咁就中招啦。值得抵讚嘅就係,夜晚真係唔使自己拎餐,好方便,坐定定就有得食。 但係冇諗過,來到個湯完全冇味道,話就話叫花膠鮮雞,花膠同雞兩樣都係冇嘅,我懷疑係煲曬落個湯度,但係個湯都冇味。失望!! 打邊爐最緊要都係啲食物夠新鮮,一開頭就食咗個菜先,諗住健康啲,估唔到咁都奶嘢,個菜爛既地方極多。牛味又無,口感又差。豬就安全。至於丸果D呢,佳寶貨。水餃皮極厚。烏冬又係安全之選。我知錯啦,下次會行多兩步去番吉野家。
