To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間舖頭我已經前前後後幫襯左應該有8次🤣因為真係氣氛又好，野食又平🍹同一班朋友嗌啲小食cocktail傾偈考流。今次就揀左indoor位，主要過黎試試呢到既晚餐，嘆下呢到既vibe🥂一入嚟就見到有一大個screen同live band既set up🥁。🐒炸魷魚圈💰$140一開始以為係同出面一樣係好似洋蔥圈咁，但黎到有驚喜🤩佢係真材實料既炸魷魚片🦑，配埋甜酸醬同他他醬食，係配酒首選！。🐒意式忌廉薯仔球💰$135另外成日聽人地食Gnocchi🥔但今日先第一次試，原來係薯仔形狀既意粉，一粒粒好chewy，同我expect既一樣，芝士味濃郁，所以會偏鹹🧀。🐒烤雞肉粒💰$205呢個個中文譯名係唔同🤣佢係2件大雞胸🐔調味係好似印度既masala chicken 咁，十分惹味😋另外會跟埋一碟Garlic naan🫓一個價錢有2個享受。🐒朱古力布朗尼蛋糕💰$68之前都一定會嗌佢地既甜品🥰黎一個完滿既結束，平時有食過tiramisu同apple crumble🍎今次就試埋佢個brownie😍暖暖哋嘅brownie配埋半溶既雲呢拿雪糕🍦超級滿足地完成呢餐晚餐👍🏼
