To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我好耐以前就喺銅鑼灣嗰邊食過一次譚仔三哥，但是那次的經驗好差，覺得冇咩味，入邊嘅材料又唔好食唔新鮮，所以之後就一直都冇再食過。過咗都兩三年之後，今次機緣巧合同朋友來尖沙咀逛街，想食碗麵，就比多一次機會譚仔三哥。一上到去地方好大，唔需要等位。我朋友點左三小辣招牌三哥米線，而我就點左佢最新出嘅喇沙米線，另外在點了土匪雞翼。今次試咗三哥米線，覺得真係同我之前食嗰碗差得太遠，今次隻碗非常之香，而且好惹味。喇沙米線反而冇咩特別，有少少似沙嗲味湯底，但係又唔係好夠濃味，我覺得唔係好需要試囉。雞翼同之前水準一樣都幾好食。
