To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我是這裏的常客,放假飲茶都是選擇的行列。雖已有一段時間沒來,昨日就有一個不愉快的經歷!昨日下午茶時段,見門口多了一個限時用餐時間牌,已感覺不良好!眼見客人不多,帶位姐姐安排坐梳化2人小枱,因間距較窄,隔離左右已坐滿,我不喜歡,她就指著一張6-8大枱,我跟著問可否坐那張(中間位置)4人枱(枱上沒有放置杯碟),她點頭,跟著給了掃碼紙叫我哋掃碼落單隨即走開。坐下來時見近窗有一張2人小枱,心想,這邊也有小枱都不給我們,硬要讓客人坐埋一堆!我本是喜歡這裏環境,尤其窗邊或靠近窗,都很開揚,當然不是次次都有機會坐這邊~今次算吧!我先生如常掃碼點餐,我通常就會清洗杯碟,今次卻連「飲乜茶」都還未有人問津,見侍應好似好忙,那就等一等。搖了兩次手(一次見那位帶位姐姐望了一眼)仍然未有人理會!這時我火來了~因見剛才那兩張枱已有客坐下,還開了茶洗緊杯,而我哋張枱連杯碟也沒有。(因當時已下好單,所以沒離開)跟著我先生就出門口問及要求開茶,這時才有女侍應過來!居然;美心集團旗下的酒樓,都有這樣的服務質素!若果嫌我麻煩,可早出聲,表達只提供這幾張枱。若我不合,我可即轉場,沒必要讓我覺得自己似被放逐,邊緣化,客人消費為

還記得疫情期間也常來光顧,喜歡消毒清潔做得好好。間距足(當時)之餘,工作人員的態度也很親切。
反之今日卻有如此質素和服務人員,可以去到如此不堪!
