To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某天的下午茶時間,周圍都不旺,我想揀食得唔heavy, 但輕食又怕唔夠,所以見到這個餐可有個粉同小食,很正啊!坐低睇餐牌,感覺都很好選擇。落單後才環顧周圍,嘩!啲坐椅很殘舊同埋不知是污漬還是發霉,總之感覺不好。我叫了豬軟骨魚蛋湯米線,拼多春魚薯條,$41,算抵。加$叫了什麼雜果乜乜的飲料🙄⋯⋯勁後悔,除了糖水外,沒什麼形容。豬軟骨的味道是不錯,但是肉有點鞋。米線有幾啖食到硬硬的米線條。食了一陣米線,發覺當中有幾下硬硬的,就放棄了。講到我最期待就是炸薯條同多春魚。又一大後悔🙄⋯⋯多春魚炸過龍,又硬又乾,都唔想食。薯條就正常。總之我一定唔會再光顧這店。
