To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經好多年無外出食燒肉今晚同朋友出來聚餐揀選左尖沙咀呢間牛角buffet我地6點幾左右黎可以即刻入座但因為用餐時間100分鐘所以我地等齊人6點45分左右先入場係門口已經要揀選想食既level 我地揀左$408 唔算好多選擇燒既時間略嫌唔夠離座前15分鐘已經截單想食的燒菠蘿也下不到單唯有叫店員直接落單有種趕客的感覺唯一就係呢度好夠通風食完都唔會好大陣燒肉味最欣賞係佢地既雪糕有白桃培茶同牛乳培茶味好香濃有d泰國奶茶的味道
