To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我在這店剛開張時試過，我叫咗牛肉壽喜燒親子丼定食，試過後真的可一不可再。首先，牛肉壽喜燒過老，除了無喜壽燒味，亦無乜味道味，但不知為什麼吃起來有煙燻味。親子丼即係滑蛋，但因為太多水導致個飯太濕，又唔夠味，真的不好吃。定食包括炸雞翼一隻，麵豉湯，沙律，漬物，檸檬蜜啫喱。雞翼ok但奈何中間個骨折斷開，其餘的一般般。整體味道麻麻地，試過一次不會再幫襯，奉勸有意是者，請三思。
