To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新開的餐廳,裝修偏向西式、燈光稍為偏暗的風格。餐廳座位挺多的,但繁忙時間客人還是要拎飛等位,不過其實還好,等候時間不長。吃過早餐和下午茶,好像都是吃魚柳😅下午茶魚柳餐,味道不錯。魚柳和薯條炸的夠香脆。不過茄汁直接放在木碟上好像不太好現在新開業可能木碟應該算乾淨,但日子久了,木碟循環用多了就會覺得⋯⋯脆脆魚柳配香草腸+炒滑蛋+英式提子鬆餅+沙律($44)同樣是吃魚柳,但早餐吃的魚柳就偏鹹了很多;炒蛋下面有小量薯蓉,兩者配著吃相當不錯。至於加$8的貝殼粉味道就真的很失色,雖說是加配,份量也不會要求會有多大,但也不能太小,基本上貝殼粉係寥寥可數。
