嘩, 不得了, 當我仲埋頭苦幹四出品嚐原味芝士撻, 抺茶芝士撻時, 今天就被這個名貴既"龍蝦芝士撻"KO了. 帝京餅店既餅廚果然好諗頭, 早前推出既扮拉麵, 餐蛋飯蛋糕已好勁gimmick, 今次又快人一步用龍蝦肉加入芝士撻內面層焗到金黃既芝士, 食落去就如食更起咗肉既芝士焗龍蝦, 芝士和龍蝦本身就係prefect match!! 龍蝦肉數量絕不吝嗇, 我一開4份, 每份都有龍蝦肉, 肉質彈牙不梅軟, 實在是有龍蝦味. 芝士餡軟但不流也不膩, 淡味芝士不會搶過龍蝦味. 餅皮鬆脆帶少甜, 為味覺增加層次感. 基本上這件撻加上沙律菜伴碟就變成appetizer. 價錢雖是全城芝士撻之冠, 但配搭真的出色, $38值既 ($70/2個). 反倒另一款原味芝士撻$20/個, 就未能突圍而出. 面層雖脹卜卜但過熟, 芝士餡雖軟但不夠滑不流心, 芝士味不足, 蛋味較多 (所以配搭龍蝦或其他咸味材料造成咸撻款式較適合), 餅皮鬆脆但過厚. 整體味道不差, 只是當和全城比較下就較遜色.沒有花巧包裝盒, 只用上膠盒, 凹位剛好固定撻, 但兩邊既"的位"不能拍合, 要用膠紙封盒口.

期待大廚再將芝士撻演變更多咸點, 例如黑松露, 嘩哈哈!!
