這位於荃灣舊區馬路邊的餐廳,歐洲小屋環境,播著純鋼琴音樂,氣氛一流,梳化、臺、酒吧、入口旁的木窗都很懷舊,好難得,很乾淨,環境真的不錯!“酒香火焰燒雞”:用白蘭地做了場大龍鳳,挺賞心悅目,那鷄是焗過的,還算嫩滑,如果多點沙律菜和雞一齊夾起來吃的話,應該口感會更好,味道會更清新。“香煎冰島鱈魚柳伴牛油忌廉汁”,那鱈魚真是不得了,不是橫切中間帶骨的那種,是整條鱈魚柳,啖啖肉,魚香、黑椒、鹽、牛油共冶一爐,加上那些配菜和那一小杯的忌廉汁,猶如鳳髓龍肝,令人回味無窮。唯一要批評 的是,除了那薯蓉,配菜還加了三小塊焗薯,“薯”太過份了,如果是烤菇或烤茄子也許會較平衡。“Flaming Brownie” .. 蛋糕香,口感軟糯,配雪糕和白蘭地的餘香,正!要番兜!
