To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 魚翅酒家~不敢寫魚翅有多滑,翅針處理有多好....不合時嘛,為中國一食譜哀哉! 地點沒變,燈光昏黃了...店變了另一家老字..她叫新同樂.曾幾在海港城,曾經成了同樂軒,也曾見過在跑馬地...自十多年後才再見於美麗華.有少少甩色的筷..不是膠料來的是動物的骨頭嗎?今天飲茶要了龍井...用的不是玻璃器具,看不到茶葉在水中飛...腰果~不是炸的但還是很香口.點心先來食包包食飽梅菜扣肉包是也.梅菜香,但扣肉可以再肥一些就好了.豬仔腳~香脆滑不搶味好好食.蝦餃用的不是小蝦有筍粒肥肉粒,超爽口彈牙.要咗三籠.燒賣豬與蝦的配合很好面頭的火腿也香...簡單的點心那來的簡單.晶瑩靚靚的原來是叫我下次不用叫..差我太座的太多了.看以為是炸両的叫金鑲銀一層腸粉包裹炸脆的腐皮內又放了煮過的蘿蔔豆香米香蘿蔔香就是如此簡單演繹.近日餓壽司...呢個忘了叫什麼的乳豬蝦膠頂數.個樣幾似...又脆口又彈牙好掂的一個菜色.咩來?打開時香如三杯雞原來這叫奇趣蟹煲.三百多的一個蟹煲隻蟹都有返咁上下大隻,但食得呢個主要還是食薑蒜粉絲的.用上台式的還是韓式的粉絲~煙刃有餘.蟹汁入哂,無得話唔好食.這個プリン用上的是栗粒不是栗蓉.
