To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 是日跟同事來午餐, time square這間是我第一次來幫襯, 排隊還是需要點時間, 不過中午來說是算快了四川擔擔拉麵: 水準依舊, 花生, 芝麻, 蔥花等撈得恰到好處, 辣味唔會搶到其他味, 正是翡翠擔擔麵取勝之道, 個人喜歡果一少蔥花, 絕對係令到碗麵更上一層樓既原因在玻璃看到師傅即場拉麵 (雖然未必係我地果碗 ), 對遊客而言是非常吸引的一環鎮江肴肉: 肴肉紋理清晰, 雪到水晶一樣既膠質正是精粹所在, 肉質則似金華火腿, 當然味道不同了, 個人喜歡唔點醋食, 咁先食到原味雪菜咸肉炒年糕: 年糕大少適中, 亦唔會太硬, 雪菜切到好細粒, 要一讚既係雪菜大部份係'桿"而唔係"葉", 我食雪菜一向喜歡'桿"多於葉, 因為有咬口又脆, 試過其他地方炒出黎既雪菜葉部份很多, 夾起上黎唔方便之餘亦feel唔到食緊雪菜咸肉味適中但唔太咸, 最重要係雪菜+咸菜本身都係咸的, 如果味道控制得唔好, 成碟都會只得個咸字 (我真係試過), 呢度就無呢個問題了上海小籠包: 每次來翡翠, 我最期待的都是小籠包這裡賣相沒其他分店好, 功夫亦差了點, 皮是很薄的, 還能見到內裡的湯, 可惜肉汁不是十分豐富,

上海小籠包: 每次來翡翠, 我最期待的都是小籠包
這裡賣相沒其他分店好, 功夫亦差了點, 皮是很薄的, 還能見到內裡的湯, 可惜肉汁不是十分豐富, 而且雖然我的沒穿, 但同事功力不足的卻穿了, 湯汁就這樣流失了... (阿彌陀佛~)

糖醋魚柳: 魚塊的炸粉不厚, 吃一舊能清楚吃到魚塊, 顏色很紅 (色素!?), 不過調味很好, 我地無叫飯仍然覺得好味不會太酸, 當然有碗會更好吃, 試過食松子魚或其他地方的糖醋魚柳, 汁過酸, 基本上是一定要送飯的, 這裡的調味就剛好了

煎鮮肉鍋貼: 真正做到外脆內嫩, 底煎的香, 咬開中間肉餡剛熟還有肉汁, 皮薄, 肉汁岩岩滲入少許內皮, 是水準之作

不知是否這間歷史較長, 我地坐既梳化椅是有點爛的, 希望負責人看到這食評會修補一下吧

十隻手指有長短, 雖然這間翡翠也不差, 今日所叫餸菜都是保持水準的, 但一定不是最好的, 我試過的沙田翡翠已經俾呢間好了

吃完之後, 如果能去後面的GODIVA, 再嘆一杯chocolixir就perfect了
