好作嘔🥹跟住見到經理行過忍唔住同佢講話啲食物質素真係好差,我話:「唔緊要我係同你反映啫,錢我照俾。」跟住個經理就即刻發爛渣話唔啱食就換,又話從來冇人投訴過,就收咗兩碟餸,跟住再叫我哋再嗌過!佢係非常之大聲呼呼喝喝,我話你可唔可以細聲啲我唔係聾嘅,佢話「我係咁㗎啦!」咁跟住我話咁你俾個餐牌我啦,佢話喺呢度㗎啦!我話咁你推介我啦,費事一陣間嗌返嚟又話係咁㗎啦😤佢話咁咕嚕肉囉,而且仲專登越嚟越大聲,跟住我終於忍唔住大聲番過佢,然後佢就話使唔使咁大聲,我話你咁大聲我唔大聲驚你聽唔到🤣跟住我就話唔食啦!買單走人啦,之後佢仲喺度呼呼喝喝又話唔使嚟俾錢,不過我哋照樣俾錢。之後去廁所行過離遠仲聽度佢係度鬧緊!我忍唔住行返入去睇返究竟佢叫咩名,原來係叫唐X 鷹經理,跟住我問佢攞返張單收據。再之後,今日我上OpenRice一睇⋯嘩!!!原來好多人投訴佢哋食物質素同埋啲服務態度差!尤其是個經理非常之差,唔明白點解個經理仲可以生存咗喺呢間餐廳咁耐?同埋啲食物質素比人投訴咁耐仍然都冇改善?

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
