To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不知所謂服務同效率

本人一向都中意去呢間分店食米線，前兩日第二次去左呢間分店。。。我發誓以後就算其他店執哂都唔會再去，食到我火滾。落到去有人問幾位，答左兩位後，個大姐就好唔願意咁話呢度喇! 都算！落單後唔使5分鐘就有檸檬茶送上，黎到呢度都冇野。。。等緊我碗米線期間都有人買外賣同幫襯，20分鐘過去，我已經覺得太耐，眼見人流唔多，而店員有成10-15人。。。我叫人跟跟張單，因為比我遲15分鐘到既其他客人都已經有得食，店員唔多肯應我之下拎走張單入廚房就冇再拎返黎。。。而我叫既只係兩碗魚腐清湯米線，到我企起身話走，佢地仲好悠閒話：吓，未到咩? 真係火滾到我，大聲同佢講，我等左30分鐘，人地外賣同遲過我都到左，唔知你地廚房係咪趕客。各位以後諗清楚先好去呢間分店，其他分店服務係好好多
