To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚八點半一個人自己光顧，卻遇上非常不快之體驗。男店員1示意我搭枱，我進入店舖內後看到有三張四人枱都是空的，其中一張是空的，另外兩張係未執枱。由於店員要求我搭枱的該枱食客正在咳嗽，我已即時向男店員2查問是否可坐另一張，男店員2示意我坐空的四人枱。坐低唔夠一分鐘，正在看點餐紙之際，男店員1帶住3位食客行埋去我張枱，表示「我地有三位，麻煩你去返剛剛個張枱」。我嬲到即刻起身轉外賣。我明白一個人好多時候都要搭枱，我完全理解，但我光顧時是晚上八點半，並非繁忙時間，外面係無人排隊，同時仍有兩張空枱，只不過店員自己唔執枱，就強行要我搭枱，搭枱既食客仲要咳緊既。就呢次既體驗，我完全唔理解呢位男店員諗緊咩野，完全無同理心，亦都唔明白咩野叫顧客服務。網上面完全搵唔到呢間公司既投訴資料，我嬲到要上黎專登打篇咁既野
