To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實好耐之前伏咗一次，今日見近近地落樓下求其食個tea啦，俾多次機會你，點知，又係成間都係聽唔明廣東話嘅阿姐嚟落單，無論你指住個餐牌俾佢睇，讀俾佢聽，定係講個餐單號嗎佢聽，一，無乜反應，二，一定係覆返一個你唔係叫緊嘅野，點個野食搞一大輪。野食就無特別好食到，尤其杯奶茶，應該係我飲過最無茶味嘅奶茶，有啲係買現成樽裝奶茶加冰倒俾你飲嘅感覺，樣樣野都普普通通，住附近嘅朋友如果想食個茶餐行多兩步唔好再嚟喇。
