To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

返工下就四點放lunch行過威靈頓街睇吓有咩食, 路過尼間拉麵店門面望落唔錯, 於是入去一試入到去冇人招呼自己坐低咗, 望望餐牌, 得幾款湯底揀, 等咗2分鐘, 啱啱畀餐牌畀我嘅哥哥唔見咗人影, 我拎住點餐紙望望煮梗麵嘅廚房哥哥, 眼神接觸咗兩次, 佢無理到我🥹 等多2分鐘, 頭先畀餐牌畀我嘅哥哥終於拎住袋外賣返咗嚟喇, 於是我嗌咗黑湯底試試, 仲諗住起身走人添🤕等梗嘢食嘅時候望望周圍, 望到前面有伙記正在休息中, 突然側面有個男士起身嗌埋單冇人理會, 嗌多次先有個瞓梗教嘅女伙記起身埋單, 佢個樣好似就嚟想喊咁好唔開心有人打擾到佢休息🤔眼望幾乎全餐廳嘅伙記都落梗場, 但仍然開門接客, 有order就serve完繼續落場, 係正常運作嗎🤔總結: 食物質素一般, 服務態度非一般, 環境衛生一般, 以尼個地段嚟講可以有其他好多更好嘅選擇🤭份量偏少, 就算我一個女仔食完都唔夠飽, 湯底味道普通無驚喜, 尼個價錢同味道我會寧願過隔離食立體派或者一幻
