To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友慶祝生日,叫咗個二人分享套餐,點餐後半小時先至上第一杯嘢飲,途中見到其他人枱上面嘅嘢食越嚟越多,自己張檯就未見到有嘢食上,友善地問侍應係唔係漏單,之後就勁急急腳全部嘢食都上枱。由於叫個二人餐仲要加58蚊先有個安格斯肉眼扒食,加得錢通常都會期待下,好記得落單嘅時候我是應仲問我要幾多成熟,我答佢要五成。之後上到枱係一塊薄到飛起嘅普通呢全熟牛扒,望其他人枱上面嘅牛扒都係厚。之後越食越嬲,就搵經理問一問, 壽司問一問係唔係只有一款牛扒喺晚餐提供,個男經理答我有兩種,跟住我就問佢我而家喺枱上面呢個咁薄嘅牛扒係邊種,佢答「可能係安格斯肉眼扒」,聽到都嬲到震,點解唔可以答我係乜嘢,而係搭「可能」,正打算放棄詢問佢其他嘢嘅時候,個男經理講咗句「有咩唔怕可以照直講」,好波,果下佢真係好有勇氣。我都好直接咁同佢講「我唔想再食,我想走,麻煩你幫我取消咗個甜品佢」, 係呢一刻真係覺得不可一不可再🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️。雖然錯誤喺個經理到,但係佢個答法都幾神奇,最後臨走嘅時候同我講會同個廚房反映……我唔信會覺得有用囉。
