To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人多等25分鐘外賣, 平時都接受. 但今次等超過40分鐘, 太離譜. 星期四11:30 叫2個午餐外賣, 要追多次先處理, 明白知道有幾張單有十幾個餐,好多外賣, 但員工唔識分量處理, 唔會先做少餐嘅先, 叫枱堂食都會分人數, 外賣又唔會, 每次問仲有幾耐, 只識答有好多外賣,未得, 又唔話有幾張大單要等25分鐘以上, 知道太耐, 客人可以選擇唔等嘛。叫外賣想快, 但變咗仲耐過堂食, 員工嘅處事應變能力有待培訓。
