To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來真的無機會來幫親這家小店， 原因是友人見頭幾個食評講到大伏，可是我堅持要試， 心想$198 一位粥底加小量海鮮+ 打邊爐配料， 你仲想有咩要求呀？！ 結果一試後， 完全沒有後悔來到這樣海鮮新鮮不在話下， 而且店員會親自來幫你煮海鮮並話你知幾時可以享用。 食完海鮮後， 仲有火鍋配料+ 精華粥底實在是大滿粥的一個晚餐。 絕對誠意推薦！如果你的胃口是黑洞或者你 expect 付了 $198 就想連人地間舖都比你食埋的話，請你千萬不要來！ 免得讓三名小員工處理你那鯨魚的胃口 希望大家能幫手支持本土小店🤝
